The Association for Women in Sports Media's national convention is getting closer and I'm looking forward to my first (and definitely not last!) appearance. Attendees will get to hear from speakers such as multimedia journalist and convergence trainer Victoria Lim, Big East Commissioner Val Acker and NBA analyst Stan Van Gundy. With like-minded individuals and the beautiful sunshine state, what's not to get excited for?
